I like it very much. I like the people and I’m very comfortable here. I was ready for the adjustment from a house. My daughter and I went and looked around at many retirement places 2X and we had narrowed it down to two. Then my daughter and I both wrote down on a piece of paper which one we liked best and looked at each other’s choices and we had both chosen The Boulton.

I have everything I need here. There is a good balance of activities, good community and good staff. I enjoy walking the halls and using the exercise equipment. The shuttle bus has been very helpful to me since I stopped driving. I am perfectly happy with my apartment-especially the large windows and the washer/dryer.

I like the fact that there is only breakfast and supper. We like to go out a lot during the day. I like the meal choices and that there are also “other” options if necessary. The staff have been here a long time which says a lot- we also have 2nd generation staff. Almost everything from our house fit in the suite. It looks almost the same. I like that there is a shower stall or bathtub option. Some prefer bathtub over a shower. I like the full kitchen and that the rates are reasonable.

I like the friendly atmosphere. Not only the residents but the staff also. They feel like good family friends. The housekeeping is wonderful! When we were looking for a retirement residence our family came with us and we all loved the location. The park-like setting is beautiful as well as the walking paths and we are close to so many amenities. I was happy for the spacious suite so I could take my sewing machine.

I like the people, everyone is very nice and kind here. I like the mealtime visits with my friends. I love the apartment with the large balcony and full kitchen-it feels just like my own house. I don’t want to be anywhere else.
